Half an hour. Nothing sold.
You bring your situation. I bring the arithmetic. We work out what your household would actually need, subtract what you already hold, and look at what is left. If you are already covered, that is the answer, and we stop there.

Message me
Messenger is quickest. All three reach the same person. If I don’t pick up, I’m with someone. Text, and I’ll come back to you.
From your Fit Check
Paste it into your first message and we can start from your number.
Or pick a time
Thirty minutes on my calendar, without waiting on me to reply.
The scheduler asks for a name, an email address and a time, nothing else. No payment details, and no policy or ID numbers, ever. It loads from Calendly only when you ask for it.
Or open it in a new tab.
What actually happens
- Before
You prepare nothing
No form, no documents. If you would rather arrive holding a number, the Fit Check takes about two minutes. Plenty of people skip it and we work it out on the call.
- Minutes 0–10
Your situation, in your words
Who would feel it financially if your income stopped. What is still owed. What you already hold. I ask; you talk; I write figures down.
- Minutes 10–20
We do the subtraction out loud
Four components give a working figure. Your existing sum assured comes off it. What is left is your gap, and you can argue with any assumption in it.
- Minutes 20–30
Two or three ways to close part of it
Not the whole gap. Usually the debt and the illness cover come first. You get the options ranked, with the trade-offs named out loud.
- Afterwards
The comparison, in writing
Whether or not you take anything up. Then nothing further from me unless you get in touch. No follow-up sequence, because I have not set one up.
Or write it out
Four fields. Pressing the button opens your own email app with the message already written; you press send there.
